HELLO!
I’m Maria, Founder of Crunchy Bread Culture Studio
I wholeheartedly believe that clarifying what it means to build, nourish, and lead a quality life is the single most important investment we can make.
We exist to creatively transform cultural dynamics with an approach that cares for industry-specific knowledge but offers industry agnostic support.
As an I/O Psychology Practitioner, who loves solving puzzles from the inside out, I prioritize tapping into the realities and solutions that get people functioning closer in alignment to who they want and proclaim to be.
It all starts with generating felt, trusted behaviors internally that create long-standing reputational growth externally.
Born and bred in the heart of the Midwest as a first generation Italian American and the youngest of three, I learned early on how valuable it is to cultivate a zest for life regardless of what it throws at you. My upbringing was one that overflowed with love in an environment that celebrated the individual, recognized the power of authentic human connection, and wrestled with the duality of truths that often exist in the center of understanding. And let me tell you – the verbal wrestling wasn’t always pretty, but it sure was and continues to be worth it!
Say goodbye to linear thinking, and hello to open, dynamic and blended pathways to collaboration!
Curious about my design style?
Take note of some kind words, from even kinder collaborators.
